Don't believe them!!!

I have seen in many a child's cookbook, recipes for homemade chicken nuggets. They all say the same thing. "The kid's will gobble them right up!" and "They will never know the difference between this recipe and frozen nuggets". So, I fell for it and made some for supper tonight. When they came out of the oven I called for my lovely family to come eat. I set Nic's delicious & healthy nuggets in front of him. He stared at them a bit and then asked, "What are these?" "Chicken nuggets", I said. He looked at them again and yelled "No they're not! The stuff is falling off of them! These are icky chicken nuggets!!!" And that was that. Soooooo....Eric and I enjoyed a nice salad and some homemade (and delicious) chicken nuggets, and Nicolas had some breaded tender-shaped chicken breast patties with rib meat, fully cooked. Yum. :)
